The Royal Australian Mint has been releasing this series of coins for over ten years and has proven to be popular amongst coin collectors all over the world. The Silver Kangaroo coin have a different design each year, 2001 to 2003 the theme was on Aboriginal artist and dreaming.
The 2001 coin was awarded an International design trophy as the worlds 'Best Crown' coin.
